Full bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace with panoramic sea views. Elevator access, covered parking and a TV are provided. No A/C and no linens or towels supplied. Check-in 16:00–18:00 (until 19:00 in high season). Utilities, final cleaning and agency fees included; a 200 EUR cash security deposit and local city tax are payable on arrival. Pets allowed only small dogs up to 6 kg on request (no cats).
