On Italy’s Veneto coast in Porto Santa Margherita, a short hop from Caorle’s sandy beaches and long seaside promenade. The apartment sits about 3 km from Caorle town centre and is a quick drive to the Caorle Archaeological Sea Museum and Aquafollie Water Park. Family-friendly and pet-friendly (dogs allowed on request), ideal for beach escapes and relaxed Adriatic strolls.

A cozy two-bedroom flat that sleeps up to five with two double beds and a sofa bed, plus a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, TV and washing machine. Self-catering comfort with paid air conditioning available weekly and optional bed linen/towel sets. Check-in is 16:00–18:00 (until 19:00 in high season); a €200 cash security deposit and local city tax are payable on arrival.

Seasonal outdoor pool for residents (typically mid-June to early September; pool cap use required). Free on-site self parking and utilities, final cleaning and agency fees included. Pet fees apply by dog size (€50/€70/€80 per week). Simple seaside perks—terrace views, washing machine and easy access to sandy beaches—wake up to sea-breeze mornings and hit the promenade.
