Close to the sea in Porto Santa Margherita on Veneto’s Adriatic coast, this flat sits just outside Caorle and about 3 km from the town center. Think wide sandy beaches, a long seaside promenade and classic lagoon fishing traditions. Family-friendly and pet-friendly for small dogs, it’s made for beach days and easy strolls to cafes and gelato spots.

A bright, self-catering flat with 2 bedrooms (one double, one bunk), a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Sleeps up to 6. Comes with TV, elevator access and an outdoor parking space; air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Utilities, final cleaning and agency fees are included. Small pets up to 6 kg allowed on request (no cats); a refundable security deposit and local city tax are paid on arrival. Check-in usually 16:00–18:00 (until 19:00 in high season).
