This family-friendly, two-storey holiday house blends apartment convenience with a garden-side vibe. Ground floor has a living room with a double sofa-bed and a kitchen. A wooden stair leads up to a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed, plus a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden. Check-in is typically 16:00–18:00 (until 19:00 in high season). Utilities and final cleaning are included; a refundable security deposit and local city tax apply on arrival.

Shared seasonal swimming pool (open mid-June to early September) and a private garden create chill outdoor space. On-site parking for guests. Pet-friendly for small dogs only (up to 6 kg, fee applies), no cats or larger pets. A/C, linens and towels are available for an extra fee.
