This functional 2‑bedroom apartment sleeps families or groups with one double bedroom and a second room with two singles plus a bunk. Open-plan kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower, a cozy private garden and elevator access add comfort. Modern touches include a washing machine and TV; air conditioning is available for an extra weekly fee. Check-in runs 16:00–18:00 (until 19:00 in high season). Utilities, final cleaning and agency fees are included. A refundable €200 cash security deposit and local city tax are collected on arrival. Pets allowed on request (dogs only) for a weekly fee; linen, towels and AC are optional extras.
