Two-bedroom apartment for up to 7 guests with an open equipped kitchen, living/dining room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double and a single bed, another with two single beds, one bathroom and a balcony. The unit features a washing machine, an uncovered parking space and elevator access. A/C is available on request for €60/week. No linens or towels provided. Check-in 16:00–18:00 (until 19:00 in high season). A €200 cash security deposit and city tax are payable on arrival; final cleaning and utilities are included.

Family-friendly and pet-friendly (dogs only, on request; €50–€80/week depending on size). Easy beach access—expect sea-breeze mornings and long promenade walks. Practical extras include parking, washing machine, elevator and a balcony for relaxed evenings. Bike rental is available nearby for active days along the lagoon.
