The unit has an equipped kitchen, a shower bathroom, a lovely balcony and a terrace to catch sea-breeze mornings. Practical touches include a washing machine and elevator access; air conditioning is available for an extra weekly fee.

Enjoy a seasonal shared outdoor swimming pool (mid‑June to early September), outdoor/limited onsite parking and pet-friendly options (dogs only, on request). Utilities, final cleaning and agency fees are included; a €200 cash security deposit and local city tax are collected on arrival. Extras available on arrival: bed linen/towels, air conditioning (weekly fee), and pet fees ranging roughly €50–€80 per week depending on size.
