Modern, cosy single-family house named Montgri — 4 rooms, about 100 m², bright and practical. Two twin rooms, one double room, living/dining area with flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with pool views. Open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) and the home includes a billiard table and laundry facilities.

Private fenced garden (400 m²) and an 8 x 4 m seasonal swimming pool (depth 160 cm, available 30 Apr–30 Oct). Terrace with deck chairs, outdoor shower, electric barbecue and garden furniture. Parking and garage on the premises and easy walking or cycling access to nearby paths and sports facilities.
