Perched on a sunny hilltop above Cavalaire-sur-Mer, this quiet, neighbours-free retreat sits about 3 km from the town centre and roughly 3.5 km from the sandy Des Trois Pins beach. Expect panoramic sea and countryside views and easy access to Toulon Beach, Mont Faron and the University of Toulon. St-Tropez is roughly 19 km away and a host of water sports, diving centers and coastal hikes are close by. A car is recommended, though a free shuttle runs to the village and beaches in July and August.

This south-east facing 3-room terraced house (57 m²) blends practical, modern furnishings with local charm — think an open living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and TV, plus large outdoor spaces (60 m² terrace and 13 m² patio) with deck chairs and panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine — capsules extra) and rooms include shower/WC and separate WC. Practical extras include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and electric heating. The house is non-smoking and pet-friendly (one dog allowed).

Shared outdoor pool (18 x 6 m) is open seasonally from 1 June to 30 September, and tennis courts are nearby for active mornings. On-site parking for two cars, free WiFi, dishwasher and laundry facilities keep stays easy, while the large terrace invites sea-breeze mornings and sunset drinks.
