A west-facing 2-room terraced holiday apartment (40 m²) with a living/dining area and flat-screen TV. One double bedroom plus a gallery sleeping area (low ceiling) with two single beds. Kitchenette with four hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a capsule coffee machine (capsules extra). Bathroom and separate WC, 12 m² terrace and 20 m² patio, washing machine, iron, electric heating and smoke alarm. Maximum one dog allowed. Car recommended.

Shared seasonal pool (5 x 12 m, depth 1–2 m; open 1 Jun–30 Sep), on-site bar, guest laundry and a dedicated parking space (no. 18). Easy access to beaches, sailing schools, diving and coastal hiking. Expect sea-breeze mornings and simple, relaxed outdoor living.
