On California’s largest freshwater lake in Clearlake, this lakefront cottage resort sits steps from Clear Lake and a short walk to Austin Park. You’re also close to Redbud Park, Anderson Marsh State Historic Park and a cluster of local wineries (Vigilance, Shannon Ridge and others) — great for family-friendly days and weekend wine runs.

Eighteen air-conditioned cottages range from studio layouts to lakefront kitchen cottages that sleep up to six. Rooms come with refrigerators, microwaves and Keurig coffee makers; seven cottages have fully equipped kitchens. Expect lake views, a pier and a grassy peninsula for fishing or relaxing, daily housekeeping, and a friendly, slightly rustic-marina vibe.

Make a splash in the 40,000-gallon saltwater, solar-heated pool, or hit the water via on-site marina with boat launch, slips and rental watercraft (pontoon boats, bass boats, wave runners and kayaks available to registered guests). There are picnic and barbecue areas, six BBQs, a propane fire pit, terrace and garden — wake up to lake-mist mornings and end nights around the fire.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi, laundry facilities, vending machines and free self-parking on site. Front desk hours are limited, with concierge services available.

Cottages include coffee/tea makers and small refrigerators; many guests cook in their unit or use the shared BBQ and picnic spots. No full on-site restaurant is listed, but the setting is ideal for lakeside meals and local-crop wine pairings.
