Perched on a hilltop in the Franciacorta sparkling-wine region, surrounded by its own park and olive groves. Lake Iseo is under 25 minutes by car and the resort sits close to local towns (source notes about 1.9 miles to Cologne).

Housed in a renovated 16th-century monastery, rooms were once monks' cells and keep exposed-wood beams and traditional furnishings. There are 14 rooms including 3 suites with fireplaces, living rooms and park views; some rooms offer hydromassage tubs or raised sleeping areas.

Two outdoor pools framed by olive trees and a sun terrace with loungers set the scene for lazy days. A nearby wellness center offers an indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, hot bath, gym, massage and treatment rooms, plus a solarium and yoga/fitness facilities on site. Pets are allowed, free Wi‑Fi is available, and parking and transfer arrangements can be made.

There’s a business center and event facilities suitable for meetings and board gatherings, plus on-property concierge and check-in services.

Daily sweet breakfast includes homemade pies, bread and jam. On-site Restaurant Cucina San Francesco serves modern takes on local cuisine, paired with a curated Franciacorta wine selection from the house sommelier.
