On the rolling hills of Monte Cucco Natural Park, just outside Costacciaro (about 3–5 km from the town center). A valley bathed by the Chiascio river, with Gubbio ~20 km away, the Frasassi Caves ~40 km and Assisi ~58 km; Perugia Airport is roughly a 45‑minute drive.

Masonry bungalows (13 units) sit amid green vegetation with pool views and private verandas. Units range from 2‑person open‑plan layouts to 3–4 person bungalows with a living room, bedrooms, shower bathrooms and fully equipped kitchenettes; earthquake‑proof walls and a relaxed camping vibe complete the picture.

Seasonal pool with a large solarium, sun loungers and parasols plus a poolside pizzeria; bar and small restaurant available on request. Outdoor life is the draw—horseback rides through woods and rivers, hiking, Nordic walking and cycling from the property—plus a BBQ area, pet‑friendly pitches and free unattended parking.

Free Wi‑Fi in common areas and a free car park. Reception operates at set times; late check‑in must be arranged in advance, and renting a car is recommended.

All bungalows have kitchenettes for self‑catering, and a small restaurant with a poolside pizzeria serves local Umbrian specialties and regional wines on request (extra charge). The bar opens early with hot croissants and freshly baked bread to kick off your mornings.
