On a working vineyard near Desenzano del Garda, Corte Arcadia sits outside the resort towns of San Martino della Battaglia and Santa Maria di Lugana. It’s about 7 km from Sirmione and roughly 3 km from Lake Garda and nearby pebble beaches. Verona (37 km), Brescia (40 km) and Mantova (44 km) are all easy day trips.

This two-storey agriturismo has ten country-style apartments set across a large, well-kept estate. Apartments were renovated in 2008 and feature air conditioning, open kitchens with oven and dishwasher, satellite TV, a safe and roofed terraces or patios. Layouts range from ground-floor units with private entrances to split-level flats with airy galleries and countryside views. Non-smoking only.

Soak by the fenced outdoor pool (16 x 10 m, seasonal May‑1 to Sep‑30) or hit the on-site fitness room. The grounds include garden furniture, terrace space, outdoor showers, barbecue area and a children's playground.
