In Cape Tribulation's Daintree, about two hours north of Cairns and just over an hour from Port Douglas. The only place where two World Heritage parks meet — the ancient Daintree rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. Lot 236 Turpentine Road, Diwan, close to Alexandra Bay Waterfall and the Daintree Entomological Museum. A family-friendly rainforest lodge set on 16 acres of rare flora and fauna.

Twenty rainforest cabins nestle among black palms and tall tree ferns. Cabins feature private balconies overlooking Cooper Creek or the tropical gardens, A/C, TV with DVD, tea/coffee maker, mini bar and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The vibe is relaxed and natural — no in-room phones and very limited mobile coverage. Reception operates 7:30am–9:00pm.

A pool complex set in the rainforest with both indoor and outdoor options. On-site Daintree Natural Therapies & Spa, a restaurant, bar and a cafe. Library, picnic and BBQ areas, massage room, tour desk for excursions, free on-site parking, laundry and safe-deposit boxes. Wake up to rainforest sounds and step straight into nature.

Conference hall and meeting/presentation facilities are available. Wi‑Fi is offered on the property and reception can assist with business services.

The restaurant 'On the Turps' is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and uses quality local produce. Enjoy tropical flavors while dining overlooking Cooper Creek and the pool. A bar and cafe are also on site for casual drinks and coffee.
