A modern 2018-built single-family house with roomy terraces (45 m² and 100 m² partly roofed, plus a 35 m² terrace) and a private wildlife garden. Bedrooms sleep big on 180 x 200 cm French beds, each with air conditioning, flat‑screen satellite TV and en-suite shower/WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine). Expect terrace views over the pool, floor heating (extra), an outdoor shower and handy laundry facilities.

Private angular heated pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) with internal steps — seasonal (01 May–15 Oct) and heating available at extra cost. Elevator access for guests with disabilities, parking for up to 3 cars on the premises, burglar alarm, and a fenced garden. Wake up to sea‑breeze mornings just a few kilometres from pebble and concrete beaches.
