Rooms are simple, comfortable and aimed at value-minded travelers. A security deposit of €200 per apartment is required in cash or check at arrival. Extra services (electricity, water, gas and final cleaning) are €21 per person per week (children 0–3 excluded). Bed linen and towels are €15 per person for first delivery; optional bed linen €10 per person and towels €8 per set per change. Pets are allowed with a €50 supplement. Late arrivals must be notified; arrivals between 21:00 and 02:00 incur a €40 fee per apartment, and unnotified arrivals after 02:00 may be accommodated the following day.
