In the centre of Ellmau but tucked on a quiet street at Dorf 49. The ski area is about 100 m away and the public indoor pool is 800 m. St. Johann railway station sits roughly 10 km out. Shops and a ski-bus stop are right nearby.

A comfortable, non-smoking apartment house with 2-room units (approx. 55–60 m²). Apartments feature a living/kitchen area with sitting corner and dining table, a double pull-out couch in the living area, one bedroom with a double bed plus a single pull-out couch, cable TV, separate shower and toilet, and a balcony. Reception opens into a small lobby.

Wellness zone with sauna and steam bath, a quiet room and flood-showers (open daily from 4:30 p.m. to about 8 p.m.). Family-friendly touches include a children’s playroom. Ski store and ski-boot dryer make slope days easy. Each apartment gets one covered parking space; additional vehicles use outdoor parking.
