Living/dining room with a double sofabed and flat-screen TV; bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with extra capsules). Bath/shower/WC, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Non-smoking; maximum one dog allowed.

Shared outdoor pool (13 × 6 m) open seasonally from May 1 to Oct 31, 09:00–22:00. Elevator/lift, terrace furniture and private garage/parking (small car only). Enjoy sea-breeze mornings from the terrace and mountain sunsets from the living room.

Free on-site Wi‑Fi and internet access. Garage/parking available (height 184 cm, width 200 cm) and lift access to the complex.
