Bright, country-style main house with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area centered on a four-sided fireplace. The main building has a ground-floor single bedroom with a separate shower and a first-floor double with an en-suite corner bath and exterior access. Three more bedrooms sit separately by the pool: a double with en-suite shower and two twin rooms each with their own bathroom. Ground-floor living spaces have underground heating; the first-floor and poolside bedrooms have cold/warm air conditioning on a fixed, limited timetable. There is an on-site laundry room.

Private pool (12 x 6 m) with Roman steps and depths from 1.00–2.60 m, large sun terrace and reclining sun beds for soaking up long summer days. Covered terrace leads down to the pool area. Portable barbecue and spacious outdoor areas surrounded by pine trees make it easy to kick back.

Well-equipped island kitchen and a large dining table in the open-plan living area. Covered terrace beside the pool for al fresco meals and a portable barbecue for casual cookouts.
