Within easy walking distance of Plage des Karantes, La Grande Cosse and Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux. Narbonne railway station is roughly 21 km away and Béziers Cap d'Agde airport about 32 km. Pet-friendly and ideal for beach breaks.

A compact terraced studio (32 m²) spread over two levels. Ground floor living/dining area with flat-screen TV and a double sofabed, plus a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave and freezer. Steep stairs lead to a 10 m² gallery with a 140 cm French bed. Northeast-facing 20 m² terrace with furniture, washing machine and reserved parking. Photo shows a typical example.

Shared outdoor pool (12 x 8 m; depth 150–210 cm) available seasonally from 15/06–15/09, plus on-site tennis. Reserved parking and a washing machine make longer stays simple. One dog allowed — wake up to sea-breeze mornings on the terrace.

A shop and a restaurant are about 600 m away for everyday needs and casual meals. Plenty of nearby spots in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer for beachside bites and evening strolls.
