A 4-room villa (135 m²) on two levels with comfortable, modern furnishings. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, a third room with mixed singles/queen layout, plus a sofa bed in the living area. Big outdoor living: a 50 m² partly roofed terrace, a 35 m² balcony and a small balcony, all with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Fans in the bedrooms, flat-screen TV, showers and separate WCs, baby cot and high chair available — built for easy family stays.
