Tucked into the Chianti hills near Cavriglia, this renovated farmhouse complex sits amid olive groves and rolling vineyards. It’s about 10 km from Gaiole in Chianti, 13.5 km from Radda and roughly 65 km from Florence. Historic castles and hilltop villages like Castello di Brolio, Meleto and Vertine are close by, making it a great base for exploring Tuscany.

Podere La Massa is a rustic, carefully renovated country estate made up of a detached house and eight apartments. The Cerbiatto n°5A apartment is a compact 35 m², two-level unit with wooden furnishings, a kitchenette, satellite TV, a double bedroom and a small private patio with terrace furniture. Each apartment has its own fenced outdoor area, and the place delivers quiet, countryside vibes ideal for walks and bike runs. Max one dog allowed.

Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (14 x 7 m, open 03 May–27 Sep), a 2-hectare natural garden, outdoor shower, volleyball court, mini-football pitch and a children’s playground. On-site parking, garden furniture and shared laundry facilities keep stays easy. Expect olive-grove views and simple, rustic comforts.
