Carefully renovated, the property comprises a detached house and eight simple, rustic apartments with private outdoor areas fenced by hedges. Il Pettirosso n°7 is a 55 m², two-level apartment with a ground-floor kitchen (4 hot plates), satellite TV, an upper double bedroom plus a twin room, shower/WC and a small patio with terrace furniture. Motor access includes 4 km of unmade road; parking is available on site. Pet-friendly (max 1 dog) and family-friendly with a children’s playground.
