A 4-room, 100 m² villa spread over two levels with comfortable, modern furnishings. Two enclosed bedrooms with French beds plus a mezzanine/gallery with pull-out beds — some sleeping areas are in open-plan spaces. Two covered terraces (south and east), a large 600 m² private garden, terrace furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, DVD and washing machine.
