A newly built, open-concept home with sweeping ocean views from a large, comfortable deck. The living area flows into a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Two bedrooms—king primary and queen guest—plus a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and private washer/dryer. Guests must be 21+ to book; those under 21 need a parent or legal guardian. The reservation includes a damage waiver covering accidental damage up to $3,000.

Direct beach access across the highway, free WiFi, private gas grill, and free parking for two vehicles. Pet-friendly: up to 2 dogs (100 lbs each) are welcome. Accessible features include an elevator to upper floors. The home sits in a noise-sensitive neighborhood and uses smart decibel monitoring to enforce quiet hours. No smoking and no commercial filming allowed.
