Perched on a sunlit hill above Grasse, Villa Caliopa sits about 2 km from the town centre and roughly 20 km from the beaches of the Côte d’Azur. Nearby highlights include the Musée Fragonard, Musée International de la Parfumerie, and the Palais des Festivals de Cannes; Cannes, Antibes and Nice are all within easy drive. Car recommended.

A modern 2015 villa of 250 m² across two levels, styled with comfortable, tasteful furnishings and a living room with open-hearth fireplace and flat-screen TV. The property sleeps 6 adults in three main bedrooms (many rooms open to balcony or garden) and features air conditioning, en-suite baths, a corner bath, sauna and an outdoor hot tub. Note: not suitable for children under 12 and the house has video surveillance and smoke alarms.

Private fenced grounds (2,700 m²) with a heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal Apr–Oct), pool house, outdoor shower, boules court and expansive garden. On-site fitness room, sauna, hot tub, deck chairs and a safe. Covered parking for two cars and roofed parking on the property.
