An 18th-century vineyard house, renovated with rustic, cosy decor and natural stone floors. Living areas feature open-hearth fireplaces and satellite TV, with loggias and roofed terraces for panoramic vineyard views. Kitchens are fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) and units are individually furnished — options suit groups up to 12 or 8 guests. Owner occupies some rooms; private entrances available.

Private seasonal pool (12 x 6 m, open 01 May–30 Oct), pergola, outdoor shower, lawn, orchard, terrace furniture and barbecue. Washing machine, parking on the premises, baby equipment included (high chair, cot), and free WiFi. Local farm products sold on site. Non-smoking property; maximum one dog allowed. Expect spectacular Chianti mornings and panoramic countryside views.
