Perched on a sun-soaked vineyard slope just outside Grimaud. About 5 km from Grimaud center, roughly 15 km from Saint-Tropez and 10 km from sandy beaches. A secluded, panoramic spot made for slow mornings and strolls through vines.

Mas des Chênes is a bright 6-room country house (around 170 m²) set on a private 3,000 m² plot. Rooms open onto terraces and patios with panoramic views. The living/dining room has satellite TV, and bedrooms mostly include ensuite shower/WC. The well-equipped open kitchen, terrace furniture, deck chairs and a portable barbecue make it feel like home. Maximum two dogs allowed — pet-friendly and family-friendly with a baby cot and high chair.

Fenced swimming pool (11 x 5 m) available year-round, table tennis and boules on the grounds, plus on-site parking. Washing machine, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, terrace and patio for sunbathing and evening drinks.

Open kitchen with oven, gas rings, dishwasher, microwave and an electric coffee machine for self-catering. Portable barbecue and terrace dining for al fresco meals. Local shops are about 5 km away to stock up on fresh, regional produce.
