We may ask you for identification or proof of your identity before we make a reservation. We will need to know some basic information that we do not share with hosts or anyone else. Profile photos are welcome; some hosts may require them, but profile photos are only displayed after the booking is confirmed.
The following information must be provided:
• Full name.
• Email address.
• Confirmed phone number.
• Payment information.
Your host may ask for:
• A brief introductory message.
• Acceptance of House Rules.
Your privacy is important to us. Hosts will never see your payment information or your email address, even after you have booked accommodation. We will notify you by email if you receive a message from your host.
