In your profile, you may cancel your booking.
To do this, log in to your account, open the [My Trips] tab, choose a trip and click 'Booking cancellation policy'.
You'll see the pop-up window with conditions of booking cancellation. If you agree, click [Cancel booking].
Then, you'll receive a letter of confirmation of your booking cancellation via email.
