East of Limenas Hersonissou, about 800 m from the beach and roughly 2 km from Hersonissos village and Stális. Malia is nearby and the Heraklion (Nikos Kazantzakis) airport sits about 25–26 km away. Crete Golf Club (≈5 km) and a water fun park (≈1 km) are close by.

A terraced villa complex of 26 units with a simple, family-friendly vibe. Units pair a bedroom with a living room and kitchenette, and most have air conditioning, a fireplace and private terraces.
