It’s a rustic cottage/apartment residence with easy drives to Hippach, Mayrhofen and Zell; nearby sights include Schloss Ambras, Rapoldi Park and the Tirol Panorama. Ski access is quick — the nearest lift is about 400 m and a ski-bus stop roughly 150 m away.

Practical, rustic interiors with panoramic mountain views and a cozy vibe. The ground-floor 3-room unit has one double bedroom, one small double, a living area with sofa bed and satellite TV, plus an open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and shower/WC. Underfloor heating and oil heating keep things warm, and the owner occasionally lives upstairs. Terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue add easy outdoor living.
