On Crete’s southeast coast in the traditional village of Koutsouras, just 50 m from the beach. Located in Makri Gialos (72055), about 22 km from Ierapetra and only 30 m from the nearest bus stop—great for families and beachside apartment seekers.

A sun-leaning, simple vibe with garden and sun terrace. Apartments and studios feature private shower/WC, kitchenette and fridge, satellite TV, radio and phone, plus balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is available June–September for an extra charge. Third and fourth guests sleep on a sofa bed; safety deposit boxes are available at reception for an extra fee.

Outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool and playground make it family-friendly. Garden, sun terrace, on-site parking and an internet corner round out the basics. Reception has limited opening hours—guests should provide estimated arrival time and flight number when booking; arrivals outside reception hours will find a note with key instructions.
