On Greece’s Ionian coast in Sivota, a beach-side villa escape just steps from Karvouno Beach and a one-minute walk to the Ionian Sea. Syvota harbour is about 600 m away, with Port of Igoumenitsa, Bela Vraka Beach, Parga and the River Acheron a short drive from the property.

Three finca-style stone villas built in 2010 blend traditional craft and modern comfort. Villas offer private outdoor heated pools, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, marble bathrooms, spa-jacuzzi and steam rooms, home-cinema systems and satellite TV in bedrooms and at the pool. Expect private terraces or balconies, garden space, luxury beds, brand bathrobes and oversized family layouts on request.

Three outdoor private heated pools, a private beach space with gazebo, a floating boat dock and outdoor BBQs set the scene.
