On Sri Lanka’s sun-washed south coast in Induruwa, a beachfront spot minutes from Bentota Beach and the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. The resort sits on a private stretch of sand and is within easy walking distance of the local centre — perfect for a family-friendly seaside escape.

This ocean oasis opened in 2015 and has 18 individually styled rooms with private furnished balconies facing the sea. Expect pillowtop beds, flat-screen/satellite TVs, minibars, tea/coffee facilities and granite bathrooms with rainfall showers and premium Hansgrohe fittings. Rooms are spread over three floors with elevator access and one floor set up for wheelchair users.

Soak up sun by the outdoor pool or stroll a few steps to the resort’s private beach and Rockside Beach Bar for cocktails and chill beats. On-site spa, massage rooms and an Ayurveda ocean-view massage deliver full pampering. There’s also an indoor pool, sauna, diving club and water-sports options, plus bicycles, a library, picnic and BBQ areas and a kids’ playroom.

The garden-view restaurant serves local and international dishes with an emphasis on fresh seafood and Sri Lankan flavours. By day, grab snacks and cocktails at the beach bar; evenings bring seafood buffets, beach BBQs and themed dining nights. Room service is available during limited hours and a daily continental breakfast is offered.
