Designed under the supervision of architect Masuo Fujiwara and recognized with design awards. Three-story building with no elevator. The unit sleeps up to eight: two semi-double beds, three Japanese futons, and a sofa bed. Balcony features a Japanese stone garden made from Izu volcanic rock and outdoor sofa seating. Shower booth only — no bathtub. Check-in 3:00 PM–10:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Security camera at the entrance and quiet hours after 9:00 PM. Pets are not allowed.

Full kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster), full set of cooking utensils and tableware, and a tabletop grill. In-unit washer-dryer, TV with streaming device, complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi, hair dryer, towels, and basic toiletries. One complimentary off-site parking space. Rooftop private BBQ area with a footbath (reservation and additional fee required), grill equipment supplied, day and evening sessions, capacity limits apply; some common spaces are shared. Smoking is prohibited and the footbath may close in severe weather.
