Mowamba River Lodge

Tucked on the banks of the Mowamba River just outside Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains. On the riverwalk and close to Banjo Patterson Park, about 5 km from the town centre. Near Nuggets Crossing Shopping Centre and the Snowy Vineyard and Microbrewery.

A small, rustic riverfront lodge that sleeps up to 10 across five rooms in two wings off a central sitting/dining area with a log-burning stove. Rooms have private balconies or patios and their own bathrooms. The property has disabled access and one room set up for accessible use. Expect a cozy, outdoorsy vibe with beginnings of mountain-bike trails and a covered skateboard ramp on site.

Angler’s dream: large casting pond, stocked dams and direct river fishing with local guiding and tuition available. Terrace, garden and a lobby fireplace for chill evenings. Picnic area, onsite laundry and free self-parking. Wake up to river-breeze mornings and easy access to nearby trails.
