A boutique 11-room retreat housed in a masterfully restored 19th-century building that oozes rustic elegance. Individually decorated suites feature minibars, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, safes and bathrooms with rainfall showers and designer toiletries. The Oscar Wilde suite adds a living room and fireplace. Reception has limited hours—guests are asked to advise arrival details.

Find a quiet corner in the library or by the lobby fireplace, rent a bike to explore the area, or soak up the sun on the terrace.
