On the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki — set in Kriopigi about 500 m before Polichrono village and roughly 4 km from the town center. Seafront studios sit where the blue Aegean meets pine-shaded shore, with Polychrono Beach and the Folk Museum close by.

A family-run villa made of two independent buildings: Villa Alexandra Studios-Apartments on the seafront and Villa Alexandra Suites 40 metres beyond. Each building has its own garden and parking lot. Long-standing hosts, simple comforts and sea-and-pine views create a relaxed, close-to-nature vibe.

Free parking and separate parking lots, a barbeque area, and transfer service available on request. Staff speak English and onsite facilities help you unwind after beach days — wake up to sea-breeze mornings and stroll down to the shore.
