Set in Keswick, a short flat stroll from the town centre, Hope Park and Theatre By The Lake. Opposite a small golf course and the gardens of Hope Park, with easy access to Derwentwater and uninterrupted mountain views of Causey, Grisedale Pike, Barrow and Catbells.

An award-winning Victorian guest house with recently refreshed rooms (redecorated in 2020). Rooms are en-suite and many offer stunning mountain views; a large guest lounge overlooks the fells and there’s a terrace and garden for quiet mornings. Rooms include simple conveniences like electric kettles, hair dryers and daily housekeeping.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi runs through the whole house and there’s a private car park with a space for each guest. On-site extras include a mini-golf area, lift access for guests with mobility needs, a terrace and a garden — perfect to wake up to those mountain views.

A conference hall is available for meetings or small events, and complimentary wireless internet keeps you connected. Note the front desk is staffed during limited hours.

There’s an on-site restaurant and a complimentary full breakfast served daily from 8:30 to 11:00. Rooms provide tea and coffee facilities for easy early starts before walks or lake trips.
