The two-bedroom apartment requires a refundable security deposit, returned within 48 hours after inspection. Reception is open 10:00–22:00; outside those hours guests access keys via a key safe.

Elevator and wheelchair access are available. Cable/satellite TV and hairdryers are provided. Pets are allowed on request for an extra charge.
