Racha Island Resort  

On Ko Racha Yai’s sandy shore — a beachside island escape reached by speedboat from Chalong Pier. The resort sits about 30 km (18–19 mi) from Kata, Karon and Rawai beaches and is within reach of Phuket Aquarium, Panwa Beach and Kok Chang Safari. Daily speedboat runs normally depart Chalong at 09:30 with a 14:00 return; fares are published per adult and child and can change with sea conditions.

Rooms are warmly decorated and vary by category, with TV, mini-bar, shower, bathrobes and slippers on offer. The vibe is relaxed island-chic and family-friendly — staff speak English, Russian and French and can help arrange transfers and excursions.
