On the remote northern tip of Koh Yao Noi in Phang Nga, Thailand. Adults-only luxury villa complex set against limestone cliffs with 400 meters of private beach. Island access is by boat only — boats don't run at night, so guests arriving after 16:00 must overnight in Phuket or Krabi for next-day transfer.

Enter each signature TreeHouse Villa over a suspension bridge. Downstairs is a private outdoor deck with a plunge pool, dining area, sun beds and a stand-up bar with mini-fridge and mini wine-cooler. Upstairs is an air‑conditioned bedroom with a grand king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony with Phang Nga Bay views and a hammock-shaped bath. Some villas are duplex and some feature private outdoor Jacuzzis. Rooms include mini-bar (extra), coffee/tea facilities, safe, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, DVD player and sofa.

Spa services (extra charge), private plunge pools, 400m of private beach, restaurant and bar, 24-hour reception and shared resort facilities (seasonal closures may apply). Guests can book in-villa spa, yoga or excursions via an e-butler tablet. Expect sea-breeze mornings and clifftop views.
