Asklepion is a short 10-minute drive and Port of Kos is roughly 4 km. The hotel adjoins the Kipriotis Maris Suites and is close to Zona Nightclub.

The property has 174 air-conditioned rooms (166 standard rooms and 8 junior suites). Standard rooms are roughly 23 m² and sleep up to three guests.
