On Kos island in laid-back Mastichari — a fishing-village vibe with fish taverns and a beach about 500 m away. There’s also a Philippos apartment option in nearby Kardamena, about 1 km from that town centre. Public buses run to Kos town (≈25 km).

Small-scale, easygoing maisonettes opened in 1991 — nine units arranged over three levels: twin beds on the top level, a living room in the middle and a compact kitchenette below, plus shower/WC. Cleaning three times a week and linen changed twice. Reception runs 08:00–22:00 (please advise arrival time if you’re outside those hours). Family-friendly touches include a kids’ playroom and outdoor spaces for grilling.

Pool and outdoor pool for lazy days, plus a sauna and massage room for unwind time. Onsite library, barbecue area, tours desk, laundry service and a safe-deposit box. Beach extras: sunbeds and umbrellas available for a charge. Parking is on site.

There’s an on-site restaurant and bar for easy evenings. Wander into Mastichari for local fish taverns and fresh seafood plates in walking distance.
