Perched at the foot of the ruined Gothic Bellapais Abbey in the village of Bellapais, this boutique hotel sits 3.5 miles from central Kyrenia on Northern Cyprus’s hillside. Walkable to Bellapais Abbey and a short drive from Kyrenia Castle, Kyrenia Harbour and nearby beaches, it offers close access to the region’s top sights.

Bellapais Gardens blends rustic charm and stylish simplicity across 17 studios and nine cottages set among mature gardens, orange and lemon groves and exotic blooms. Rooms range from ground-floor garden studios to balcony studios and two‑storey cottages, many with terraces or balconies and some with baths; rooms include air conditioning, fridge, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer and complimentary Wi‑Fi. The lounge and restaurant sit high above the grounds, decorated with local antiques, and the atmosphere is tranquil and warmly hospitable. Note: the hillside layout involves paths and steps and the hotel does not cater for children under 12.
