Camping La Belle Etoile  

Set in La Rochette near Melun, just outside Paris — a short walk from the town center and about 14 minutes on foot to Melun RER Station for direct trains into the city. Nearby draws include Disneyland Paris, Jardin du Luxembourg and Notre Dame Cathedral, making this a handy base for family-friendly trips.

This is a laid-back campsite with self-catering mobile homes that have a seating area, private bathroom and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Kitchenettes come with a stove, microwave and fridge, so you can keep things simple or picnic al fresco.

Swim in the outdoor pool, indoor pool or splash around the on-site aquapark, then dry off on the terrace sunbeds. Kids get a playground and bouncy castle; everyone can hit volleyball, basketball courts or table tennis. Also on the grounds: a picnic area, bar, laundry and free private parking.
