Montagnettes Soleil 1 is a 5-room terraced house (95 m²) across three levels with cosy wooden furnishings and a chalet-chic feel. The large living room has an open-hearth fireplace, TV and a south-facing balcony. Sleeping layout includes a large bedroom with a 160×200 french bed, multiple twin rooms under sloping ceilings, separate WC and several baths/showers. The open kitchen is fully equipped (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Non-smokers only; pet-friendly with a maximum of one dog. A safe is provided.

Free Wi‑Fi, balcony with sunny south-facing views, heating and an open fireplace for cosy evenings. Communal covered parking and public parking are available (extra charges apply); parking spaces/garage suit small to medium cars (height limit 190 cm). The development sits directly by the ski area for quick slope access.
