The apartment block sits about 350 m from Lignano-Pineta centre and roughly 600 m from the sandy beach, with a private beach area on site and free private parking.

Typical 3-room apartment (45 m²) has one double bedroom, a twin room, a double sofa-bed in the living area, open kitchen with gas stove and microwave, shower/WC, satellite TV, air-conditioning and a private entrance. Family-friendly extras include a baby cot and high chair; one pet/dog is allowed, so it’s pet-friendly too.

Private beach area and garden on a fenced, tree-lined property, plus barbecue and bicycle rental for local exploring. Beach service (one sun lounger, one deck chair and one parasol) is included in the rental from early May to mid-September.
